WOD Tuesday 20/7/10

Strength – Dead Lifts 5-5-5-5-5

Then Complete – Bottom to Bottom “Tabata Squats”

Tabata Intervals ( 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times)

Rest at the Bottom of the Squat!

The score  is determined by adding up the lowest number of reps in each set.

Work as fast as you can

    Also beat yesterdays 5 mins burpees = 72

    + more in the warm up. Will tally them up and give them in on sat Drew!

    Kel W ok I have made a silly error here I did 30kg,30,30,30,50 plotting along for 5 yes 5 sets thinking I had to do 8 as I failed to read the WOD correctly and can I walk um NO it pays to read correctly!!!!
