1.
Front Squat
10 mins to find 1 heavy rep for the day then max reps at 60% of that weight
(Same as the Drop Squats we did last week – control ½ way down then bounce out of the bottom)
Focus on keeping the elbows and chest UP!!!!

2.
5 rounds for time
Row 250m
50 Double unders
