Closed Saturday and Sunday

We are closed Saturday and Sunday for the State Titles for Surf life saving.

Good Luck to all the competitiors that are competing at the Surf titles and to all the competitiors at the CrossFit Sectional qualifiers in Brisbane.

Thanks to Adrian from CrossFit Paradise for doing Fran today at our display at the Surf Titles. Well done on your PR.

Thanks Drew..Great display on the weekend. Thanks for the coaching! Had a look back and realised it wasn’t a PB on Saturday for Fran but not too far off! Paid for my double WOD day yesterday! Hope you CrossFit Broadbeach guys realise how good your coach really is!!
