With a continuiously running clock work for 20 seconds then rotate to the next exercise within the 10 seconds, for the push press the bar is allowed to be racked on the shoulders prior the start of the interval.
Count the completed number of reps for each exercise in each round. Your score will be decided from the lowest number of reps in any given round. ie if your lowest number of Sit ups in round 7 is 13, then 13 will be your score for the sit up component.
You score will look something like this -
