FIRE BREATHERS

Specific training for the competitive CrossFit athlete
Committed Intermediate-Advanced
Individual or team training for competitive athletes who wants to excel in the sport of CrossFit. You will receive expert coaching, programming and guidance. Fire breathers should be coachable and willing to tolerate the physical discomfort that the sport of CrossFit can deliver. Athletes need to be able to work hard on their own if needed.
CFBB CUBS

Training class that specialised in children – CrossFit Kids
9 – 14 years old
Forty five minute training class specialised in developing children that runs at the same time as our “CrossFit One” classes so you as parents/guardians can train at the same time as your child.

For the athlete that needs to train outside of normal operating hours due to other commitments which precludes them from attending classes. Gain access to the gym 24/7 via swipe access. The gym is monitored via security cameras 24/7. Your access is recorded in accordance with our operational procedures. Duress buttons are also available if you should ever need assistance.
