For the athlete that needs to train outside of normal operating hours due to other commitments which precludes them from attending classes. Gain access to the gym 24/7 via swipe access. The gym is monitored via security cameras 24/7.  Your access is recorded in accordance with our operational procedures. Duress buttons are also available if you should ever need assistance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that focuses on functional human movement that we need for everyday life. CrossFit workouts incorporate a broad range of skills from running, rowing and swimming, to gymnastic movements such as pull-ups, handstands, and push-ups as well as weightlifting and conditioning exercises.

I haven’t played sport for a long time and my fitness is quite low. Can I still do CrossFit? Absolutely. CrossFit Broadbeach welcomes people of all fitness levels and abilities. Workouts are fully scalable and we will work with you to ensure that you are comfortable and safe. Your fitness will increase after just a few weeks and you will be able to start pushing yourself a little harder once you are ready.
I have an injury that limits my ability to run/squat/other. Can I still do CrossFit? Yes. All workouts are scalable and we will discuss your limitations with you. Our priority is to ensure that you are comfortable and safe and we will work with you to scale the workout or find substitution movements that are within your limits. You must disclose any injuries to your coach.
We recommend that you attend a minimum of three times per week to maintain fitness and to see progress. Most of our members attend 4-6 times per week and are disappointed when they miss a class.
We have a number of memberships and packages and payment options including 24/7, Fire Breather, CrossFit ONE, casual attendance and multi-passes. Most members select CrossFit ONE unlimited classes for $220 per month. Please visit our Sign up page for options and packages.
Yes. If you have done CrossFit before you are able to book 1x free trial class (through our website). If you are new to CrossFit we offer a free ½ hour consultation to discuss your goals and take you through a physical assessment.
Yes. We prefer that you reserve your class spot so that we can best set up and utilize the equipment available. 16 available class spots
Yes. There are dozens of competitions throughout the year and we encourage participation at all levels from beginner to advanced. We encourage you to join our Fire Breather classes if you are at an intermediate or advanced level here you will be coached specifically to become a better competitive CrossFit Athlete.
Yes. We have various programs to choose from, for example if you purchase CrossFit ONE and you would like to do a the 24/7 all hours access you can the price will be adjusted depending on the package your bundle

No, 24/7 access is strictly for any time outside class times scheduled. Please go to the schedule page here to see your 24/7 access training times.

Yes. You will need to gain access to the gym and to arm the alarm when you leave. All 24/7 access members are to go thru an induction process prior receiving there FOB and starting there 24/7 access training.
